A little bit about the job…

As the ideal candidate for this challenging and rewarding Airdrie-based position, you will provide generalist human resources support to management and staff with a focus on talent management, employee relations, Workers Compensation, and full cycle recruitment activities. . Partnering with senior leaders, the Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a champion to promote a culture of people growth and development. This role will also be responsible for ensuring that the organization is compliant with company policies and employment legislation.


A little bit about you…

You are a passionate Human Resources professional who thinks business first. You possess a Bachelors degee in business or human resources and have 3 to 5 year’s experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, preferably in the Oil Field Services or construction industry. Various combinations of education and experience will be considered. If you are a strategic thinker, with excellent communication skills, are a solid team player, are committed to conducting yourself in an ethical and professional manner, and have a “does what it takes to get the job done” attitude, you will be successful in this challenging role.

Must Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field. A combination of experience and education may be considered

3- 5 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a particular focus on employee relations, preferably in the Oil Field Services or Construction industry.
